Two new team members join Greenarch

We are delighted to announce two new team members have joined us over the past few weeks as the business continues to grow.  

Charlie Caden and Amy Crulley have both joined as Paraplanners.

Originally starting his working life as a plumbing and heating engineer, Charlie recognised that his future didn’t lie in that direction and having an interest in investing and financial planning, he decided Financial Services was for him.

He says, “The financial planning profession aligns perfectly with my drive to make a positive impact in people’s lives, so I started self-studying the CII Diploma in regulated financial planning to gain a strong foundation and build my technical knowledge”.

He joined a national financial planning business and quickly progressed from administrator to paraplanner, assisting a large number of advisers with cases covering a broad range of advice types, continuing to build his technical knowledge.

In early 2025, he completed his CII Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning and will continue to study towards achieving chartered status.

Outside of work he enjoys staying active and regularly attends the gym. He is a big football fan and tries to get to as many Newcastle games as possible.

Amy has a great deal of experience in financial services since graduating with a degree in Accounting and Finance in 2016.
 
She holds the Chartered Insurance Institute’s Diploma in Regulated Financial Advice, is currently working towards the Advanced Diploma and becoming a Chartered member. She volunteers as the secretary of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Newcastle upon Tyne.
 
Amy was attracted to working with Greenarch as a Chartered firm “I have always believed in the value of Chartered status as this shows an ongoing commitment to the profession and the standards that we are expected to uphold for our clients.”
 
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Craig, and their dog Lyla. She also co-hosts a silent book club and attends Spanish classes as she continues to attempt to master another language.
 
She enjoys keeping fit and often sets herself physical challenges, with the aim of raising money for charities that are close to her heart.
